A new way of expressing your love is becoming popular in some Japanese middle schools: Eyeball licking.
This bizarre expression of affection was first noticed by teachers when their students started showing up to class with eye patches. A suspicious teacher’s fears were confirmed after she found two middle school students licking each others’ eyeballs in the school gymnasium.
While these students might believe a licked eyeball is an intimate way of stating ones’ affection, doctors warn the act will spread harmful bacteria: pinkeye has been the result of this unique fetish, hence the eye patches.
Young lovers beware.
